Our Professional Carpet Cleaning Process
Pre-inspection
We assess the carpet fibre and backing type, existing soiling, wear patterns and any problem areas such as stains, odours or damage.
Dry soil removal
We vacuum thoroughly to remove loose dust, grit and dry soil, which helps the cleaning solutions work more effectively.
Pre-treatment & spotting
We apply a targeted pre-spray to break down oils and residues, and treat individual spots and stains with specialist solutions.
Agitation
Using mechanical agitation with the “Roll’s Royce” of agitators, we work the pre-spray into the fibres so it reaches deep into the pile.
Hot water extraction
Our advanced hot water extraction system injects heated solution into the carpet and immediately extracts it, lifting out suspended soil, residues and contaminants.
Rinse & neutralise
Whilst we extract, we are also rinsing and deodorising the carpet, neutralising the pH level to avoid rapid re-soiling and fill the room with an amazing smell.
Grooming & pile setting
We groom the carpet to reset the pile, improve appearance and promote even drying.
Drying assistance
We use air movers and drying equipment throughout the process to reduce drying times and get areas back in use quickly.
Final inspection
We walk through the space with you, check the results and answer any care or maintenance questions.
